Good morning, guys! It’s day 5 and it’s our last day in South Goa. And we have come to Palolem beach. We got a bit late today, we started for Palolem at 6.30am and we reached it around 7.30am. Palolem is 38 km from Colva. Karvar which is situated at the border of Karnataka- goa is merely 30 km away from here. You can see an island exactly behind me, which is known as Butterfly Island. You can take a ferry to the Island from here. Currently, the ferry service is closed due to monsoon. You must visit this island if you decide to come to Goa between October and May. The island is quite nice. This beach is very popular and which is why it’s always bustling with tourists, especially Foreigners. You will find a dozen of spots here for food and drinks. There are many shops outside for shopping too. and renting a place for stay won’t be difficult around here. The stretch I am pointing towards has many beach huts for stay. These beach huts have restaurant below and hut for stay, above. We have reached Agonda beach now. It is 9.2 km from Palolem beach. This place is so quiet and serene, completely devoid of tourists. Quite opposite of Palolem beach. Due to its popularity, Palolem is always crowded. This beach is awesome and the stretch is also wide. If you visit this beach during the tourists’ season, you would find shacks here to sit and chill. Right now, there is nothing to sit under, not a single shade. The sun is shining in all its glory. I am going to be sun tanned here without a doubt. These are few houses adjacent to the beach itself. We are shooting here, it’s a nice place. You all may come here too. Just a few minutes walk on the stretch, you will come across these houses of localites. Listen, why don’t we turn this a bit this way. It will capture clouds Be careful, Its bit wobbly there. Strong wind will disturb its balance. Don’t worry. I have done it before. We are leaving from Agonda now and heading to Cola beach. We have discovered quite a place here on our way to Cola. We are going to fly a drone now. Don’t forget to check out our drone videos. The link for the cinematic video will be posted in the description box. Wasn’t there one more joke? What? Everything is plane (Plain) ahead. everything is plain ahead? What does that mean? Means, Its plain (plane) ahead, everything is clear ahead. I didn’t give it. No, I had. Sagar, all of a sudden goes “ It’s all plane ahead, move, it’s all plain”. Hahahahaha. It’s all plain ahead. Why lagoon? Its adjacent to sea that’s why its lagoon. (Marathi Puns) Third location. Again, this is a secluded place. Its not possible for tourists to go down that’s why the place is secluded. Got to do a bit of offroading. But it’s worthwhile. It’s 9.7 km from Agonda. This where we are standing is a hilly spot and down there is Cola beach. This particular stretch is not open to tourists and which is why its clean and there is alternate path to go there. We are heading to Lagoon now and this is a second part of the stretch. So you can go there by trekking this bit. Its not that far . hardly 5, 10 min from here. sings Bollywood song. Guys, there is nobody here as well. It’s two in the afternoon. The sand has gotten hot. So you all should avoid coming here during this time of the day. There is not a single shade to sit and chill for. All this is a private property So please make sure you come here during evening or early morning. Otherwise you will have to tolerate the heat. Which will be quite a bummer. You wouldn’t be able to enjoy much. Its different for us, we have come for the purpose of shooting All this is a part of private property. It’s a hotel called Dwarka aka Lagoon. All this belong to them. Guys, it’s a smooth path downhill but the path returning up is difficult and tiresome. Keep a bottle of water by your side while coming here. because this whole trekking business is going to make you thirsty. Its 4o’ clock in the evening. We were in a restaurant for lunch just now. which is 2 km ahead of Cabo De Rama fort. This restaurant is nice, the view from here is fabulous and the quality of food is awesome and its also budget friendly. The name of the hotel is The Cape Goa. If you are coming to cabo de rama, make a point to come here for lunch or dinner. We are at our foruth location for the day which is cabo de rama fort. He’s got rashes on the nape of his neck due to the strap of the camera. So instead, he has wrapped the strap around his head now. And he is somehow managing to shoot this way. The fort is very expansive. So it won’t be possible for us to explore it entirely as we have to reach Betul before sunset. But we will showcase selected parts of the fort through our drone footages in our cinematic video. Today’s last location. and south goa’s last location as well. ‘Betul lighthouse’ There is no road connecting directly to the lighthouse. Only google map to the lighthouse is reliable. Even localites here are clueless as to the right path leading to the lighthouse. You can go up at the top too, but the timing is upto 6.30 pm. The view from there is awesome. The entire betul beach is visible from there. We are reaching up to the top now. Guys, we have reached the top. The view from here is amazing! Its sunset now and the day has also come to an end. Today was amazing, shoot went amazing as well. On that note, we are closing our trip to south goa. Tomorrow we are going North Goa. We will be showcasing unexplored places of north goa for the next five days. If you enjoyed this video then like it, comment down below and subscribe to the channel.
